White label PPC for agencies that want to sell more without hiring
Web Zodiac is the paid media team behind your agency. We run Google Ads, Facebook and Meta ads, tracking and landing pages for your clients, under your brand, while you keep the relationship and the margin.
What is white label PPC?
White label PPC is paid advertising, such as Google Ads and Facebook ads, that one company delivers and another company sells under its own name. Agencies use it to offer paid media to their clients without hiring a full team. The agency owns the client relationship and sets the price; the white label partner plans, builds, optimises and reports, and stays in the background. You may also see it called PPC outsourcing, white label PPC management or PPC reselling.
Web Zodiac is a performance marketing agency founded in 2018 in Noida, India. Alongside our direct clients, we already run paid media accounts behind the scenes for agencies.

How it works
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Intro call | We learn how your agency works, your clients and how you want us to appear (fully invisible, or as part of your team on calls). |
| 2. Agreement and NDA | Scope, pricing, response times and confidentiality are agreed in writing. |
| 3. Access | You give our team access through your agency's own manager account or business portfolio, so the client relationship stays with you. |
| 4. Audit | We review each account, its tracking and landing pages, and share findings in your format. |
| 5. Plan and launch | You approve the plan with your client; we build or rebuild campaigns and fix tracking first. |
| 6. Ongoing management | Weekly optimisation, monthly branded reports, and a shared Slack channel or email for requests. |
What a typical month looks like
| When | What we do | What your agency sees |
|---|---|---|
| Every week | Search term and placement reviews, negatives, bid and budget checks, creative and ad tests | A short update in Slack or email, flagged issues and approvals needed |
| Mid-month | Pacing check against budget and targets, new test ideas | Any recommended budget changes for your client |
| Month end | Performance analysis, next month's plan | A branded Looker Studio report and summary you can send as your own |
| Quarterly | Account structure review, tracking audit, new campaign types and seasonal planning | A strategy note for your quarterly client review |
Clients and industries you can hand over
We run paid media for local service businesses, ecommerce stores, SaaS and B2B companies, healthcare and legal practices, real estate and financial services. Some industries come with extra platform rules, such as healthcare, financial products and housing, and we plan for them before launch. See our industry pages for how we approach each one.
| Client type | Typical focus |
|---|---|
| Local services | Calls and booked jobs from search, Local Services Ads alongside, tight location targeting |
| Ecommerce | Shopping, Performance Max and Meta catalog ads, return on ad spend by product margin |
| B2B and SaaS | Qualified leads and pipeline, offline conversion imports from the CRM |
| Healthcare and legal | Policy-safe ads and privacy-safe tracking |
| Real estate and finance | Special Ad Categories on Meta and restricted targeting on Google |
Why agencies outsource PPC
- Clients ask for ads and the agency does not want to say no or refer them elsewhere.
- Hiring is slow and risky, especially for one or two accounts.
- Paid media changes constantly, and keeping up takes full-time attention.
- Capacity swings with client wins and losses; a partner scales with you.
- Tracking needs specialists, and poor tracking makes every campaign look worse.
White label PPC pricing
| Pricing model | How it works | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| Flat fee per account | One monthly fee for each client account, based on the work involved | Agencies that charge clients a fixed retainer |
| Percentage of ad spend | A share of the client's monthly ad spend, usually with a minimum fee | Larger or growing budgets |
| Setup plus monthly | A one-off fee to audit, rebuild and set up tracking, then a monthly fee | New accounts or accounts that need a rebuild |
| Project | A fixed price for an audit, a launch or a tracking setup | One-off needs, or testing a partnership |
We quote after seeing the accounts, because the work for a single-location service business is very different from a multi-country ecommerce store. Our fees leave room for your margin; use the calculator to check the numbers for your agency.

Outsourcing, freelancer or in-house
| Hire in-house | Freelancer | White label partner | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost structure | Salary, benefits, tools and training, paid whether or not you have clients | Hourly or per project | Fee per account, so cost grows only as you win clients |
| Time to start | Weeks or months to hire and train | Days, if someone is available | Days |
| Coverage | One person's skills and hours | One person, often across many clients | A team, with cover for holidays and sickness |
| Process and reporting | You build it | Varies by person | Set process, branded reports |
| Scaling up or down | Slow and costly | Limited by one person's time | Add or remove accounts as clients come and go |
| Best when | You have steady, high volume in one channel | You need occasional help | You want to sell paid media without building a department |
How we work with your team
- Slack and email. A shared Slack channel per partner, or email if you prefer, for briefs, approvals and quick questions.
- Calls as your team. When you ask, we join client calls as part of your agency, using your company name.
- Branded reports. Looker Studio dashboards and monthly reports with your logo and colours, in plain language your clients understand.
- Time zones. We are based in India, so much of our work happens while agencies in the US, UK and Australia are offline, and changes are ready for your morning.
- Response times. Agreed upfront in writing, so you can promise your clients the same.
- Confidentiality. We never contact your clients directly unless you ask, never put our name on their reports, and are happy to sign an NDA.
Platform rules we work within
Google's third-party policies require agencies and partners to use a separate Google Ads account for each advertiser, to be honest about services, costs and expected results, and to be transparent about advertising costs and management fees. Meta lets businesses share assets with partners, but a partner cannot re-share a client's assets with another business, so we usually join your agency's business portfolio as team members. We build every partnership to fit these rules, so white label never means hiding the truth from your clients.
Choosing a white label PPC partner
- Do they focus on paid media, or resell everything?
- Will the client own their ad accounts and data?
- How do they handle Google's cost and fee transparency rules?
- Do reports carry your branding, and can your team edit them?
- Will they join calls under your agency's name?
- Do they measure leads and sales, or only clicks?
- Are response times, scope and confidentiality agreed in writing?

Frequently asked questions
What is white label PPC?
Pay-per-click advertising that a specialist partner delivers for an agency, which resells it to clients under its own brand. The agency keeps the client and pricing; the partner does the work in the background.
What is the difference between white label PPC and PPC outsourcing?
They are closely related. Outsourcing means handing the work to an outside team; white label adds that the work is presented under your agency's brand, with your logo on reports and your team in front of the client.
Will my clients know you are involved?
Not unless you want them to. Reports carry your branding, communication goes through your team, and when we join calls we do so as part of your agency.
Who owns the ad accounts?
Your client should own their ad accounts. Your agency manages them, and we work through the access you give us, so the client relationship stays with you.
How do you price white label work?
Usually a flat monthly fee per account, a percentage of ad spend with a minimum, or a setup fee plus a monthly fee. We quote after reviewing the accounts so you can price your retainer with a healthy margin.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share client details, and confidentiality is part of our partner agreement.
How do we communicate?
Through a shared Slack channel or email, with response times agreed upfront. We can also join client calls as part of your team.
Which platforms do you cover?
Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen) and Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp), plus the tracking and landing pages behind them.
