What is white label Facebook ads management?
White label Facebook ads management is when an agency resells Meta advertising to its clients and a specialist partner does the hands-on work. Meta's platforms include Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and the Audience Network, so the service usually covers all of them, which is why it is also called white label Meta ads. The agency keeps the client, the brand and the pricing; the partner plans, launches, tests and reports.
Web Zodiac manages Meta ads for businesses directly and behind the scenes for agencies. For search campaigns, see white label Google Ads; for a combined offer, see white label performance marketing.
How white label Meta ads works
Business portfolio access, done carefully
Meta's business tools let a business share its ad accounts and Pages with a partner, such as an agency, with full control or partial access. According to Meta, a partner with full control can manage the asset but cannot share it with another business; only the owner can. That matters for white label work: if your client shares their assets with your agency, your agency cannot pass them on to us as a business partner. The usual white label setup is for your agency to add our team members as people in your own business portfolio and assign them the client assets you manage. Your client sees only your agency, and you can remove our access at any time.
| Setup | Who the client sees | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Our team added as people in your business portfolio | Your agency only | Fully white label partnerships |
| Client shares assets directly with our business portfolio | Your agency and Web Zodiac | Partnerships where the client knows we are involved |
| Your agency shares its own ad account with us | Your agency only | Ad accounts your agency owns, which we generally advise against for clients |
Special Ad Categories and policies
Ads about housing, employment, financial products and services, and social issues, elections or politics fall under Meta's Special Ad Categories, with restricted targeting options. We flag affected clients before launch, set the right category, and plan campaigns that work within the limits, so your agency avoids rejected ads and account restrictions.

What we manage in each account
| Area | What we do |
|---|---|
| Campaign structure | Simple structures that give Meta's delivery system enough data, split by goal and funnel stage |
| Audiences | Broad and Advantage+ audiences where they work, custom audiences and lookalikes from client data with consent |
| Creative | Testing plans for hooks, formats and offers; briefs for your team or ours; refresh before fatigue |
| Lead quality | Form questions, CRM checks and offline conversions so campaigns optimise for real leads |
| Tracking | Meta pixel, Conversions API with deduplication, event match quality and offline events |
| Budgets and pacing | Budgets matched to the learning phase, scaling rules and spend caps |
New accounts often start with our Meta ads audit. Our guide to Meta ads explains how the platform works for your team and clients.
White label vs hiring a Meta ads specialist
| Hire in-house | Freelancer | White label partner | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost structure | Salary, benefits, tools and training, paid whether or not you have clients | Hourly or per project | Fee per account, so cost grows only as you win clients |
| Time to start | Weeks or months to hire and train | Days, if someone is available | Days |
| Coverage | One person's skills and hours | One person, often across many clients | A team, with cover for holidays and sickness |
| Process and reporting | You build it | Varies by person | Set process, branded reports |
| Scaling up or down | Slow and costly | Limited by one person's time | Add or remove accounts as clients come and go |
| Best when | You have steady, high volume in one channel | You need occasional help | You want to sell paid media without building a department |
Pricing models
| Pricing model | How it works | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| Flat fee per account | One monthly fee for each client account, based on the work involved | Agencies that charge clients a fixed retainer |
| Percentage of ad spend | A share of the client's monthly ad spend, usually with a minimum fee | Larger or growing budgets |
| Setup plus monthly | A one-off fee to audit, rebuild and set up tracking, then a monthly fee | New accounts or accounts that need a rebuild |
| Project | A fixed price for an audit, a launch or a tracking setup | One-off needs, or testing a partnership |
We quote after seeing the accounts, because the work for a single-location service business is very different from a multi-country ecommerce store. Our fees leave room for your margin; use the calculator to check the numbers for your agency.
Onboarding
| Step | What happens |

How we work with your team
- Slack and email. A shared Slack channel per partner, or email if you prefer, for briefs, approvals and quick questions.
- Calls as your team. When you ask, we join client calls as part of your agency, using your company name.

Frequently asked questions
What is white label Facebook ads management?
A specialist partner runs Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp ads for an agency's clients, and the agency sells and presents the service under its own brand.
Is white label Facebook ads the same as white label Meta ads?
Yes. Meta is the company behind Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp, so white label Meta ads covers Facebook ads and the other Meta placements.
How do you get access to my clients' Meta ad accounts?
Usually your agency adds our team members as people in your own business portfolio and assigns the client assets you manage. Meta does not let a partner re-share a client's assets with another business, so this keeps the setup white label.
Do you handle Special Ad Categories?
Yes. We identify clients in housing, employment, financial products or social issue categories before launch and plan campaigns within Meta's targeting limits.
Will my clients know you are involved?
Not unless you want them to. Reports carry your branding, communication goes through your team, and when we join calls we do so as part of your agency.
Who owns the ad accounts?
Your client should own their ad accounts. Your agency manages them, and we work through the access you give us, so the client relationship stays with you.
How do you price white label work?
Usually a flat monthly fee per account, a percentage of ad spend with a minimum, or a setup fee plus a monthly fee. We quote after reviewing the accounts so you can price your retainer with a healthy margin.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share client details, and confidentiality is part of our partner agreement.
How do we communicate?
Through a shared Slack channel or email, with response times agreed upfront. We can also join client calls as part of your team.
